Kabusecha Uji


Kabusecha is another shaded tea of Japan. While the Gyokuro are often shaded for at least 3 weeks, Kabusecha is shaded for shorter time and with less percentage of light being blocked. This cultivation process gives Kabusecha a unique taste somewhere in between Gyokuro and Sencha.

Our Kabusecha from Uji delivers crisp, palate cleansing freshness and sustained herbaceous notes, accompanied by marine notes of seaweed and ocean air.
