Kabusecha is another shade-grown tea of Japan. While the Gyokuro tea is often shaded for at least 3 weeks, Kabusecha is shaded for a shorter time and with less light being blocked. This cultivation process gives Kabusecha a unique taste somewhere in between Gyokuro and Sencha.
