Dong Pian (winter competition gold)


This small batch of tea was produced in the cold month of December.

It is lightly oxidized and roasted to showcase the natural characters of the late-harvested leaves. The steeped tea is filled with floral aromas and is balanced with a touch of sugarcane sweetness in its taste. The floral notes become even more apparent as the tea cools down. It reminds me of the scent of gardenia blossoms. Smooth, refreshing with a long-lasting aftertaste.
