A special bar made using first harvest matcha ground with hand-picked cherry blossom leaves from Shizuoka, Japan along with Peruvian beans for a "milk" bar that has a full flavour from fruit to floral to slightly grassy and sweet.
Ingredients: cacao beans*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, mochiko, sakura matcha. (*organic)
This bar is made with beans from the Pangoa Coop that works with farmers in the Pangoa and Ene River Valley regions of Peru. The Cooperative is promoting the growth of the indigenous criollo variety over other varieties that are often grown for productivity over flavour or heritage.
