Made with only the tender young buds of wild arbor trees in Ming Feng mountain (approx. 1400 metres elevation), Yunnan. Our Silver Needle is naturally sun dried with minimal processing. It is fruity (notes of apricot and green pear) and floral (notes of orchid and aromatic scents of spring forest air).
With this tea, you taste the purity and the essence of nature. The exquisite floral notes permeate through many infusions.
2024 Updates: This tea has been aged for 4 years. Even though the fruity notes faded, It has developed notes reminiscent of vanilla, sweet tree bark (pau d'arco), and dried autumn wild flowers.
