 This Tieguanyin is roasted, the traditional way of producing this type of Wulong in Anxi. It offers complex aromatics, evolving in various flavours throughout the multiple infusions. A smooth entry of woody and toasted cereal flavour, then a gradual builds up of dried flowers, notes of nuts and a hint of honey, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
