Made with only the tender young buds of wild arbour trees in Ming Feng mountain (approx. 1400 metres elevation), Yunnan. Our Silver Needle white tea is naturally sun-dried with minimal processing. Its taste is delightful with forwarding fruity notes of apricot, green pear, gooseberry and floral notes of orchid and aromatic scents of spring forest air.
With this tea, you taste the purity and the essence of nature. The exquisite floral notes permeate through many infusions.
2024 updates: This tea has been aged for 2 years. Even though the fruity notes faded, it developed soft and comforting woody flavours.
