2009 Tippy (Gong Ting) Pu Er (Shou)


 Aged for five years in an earthen jar, the leaves display an abundance of buds and have a moderately earthy scent. Its deep amber liquor, shiny and clear, initially elicits soaked-earth and wet wood notes, then gradually evolves and unfolds into mild camphor and vanilla notes, leaving a clean impression in the mouth.
