Ying Hong #9

Weight

This tea comes from the mountainous area in Yingde county. Yingde has been producing teas since the Ming dynasty (1368 to 1644 A.D.). Its black teas started to gain popularity in the 1970s with the introduction of new cultivars such as the Ying Hong #9.

This beautiful lot of spring harvest we’ve selected consists of dark twisted leaves and plenty of golden tips. Its taste is harmoniously balanced with sweet woodsy notes, black fruit aromas, and a delicate autumn wildflower undertone. Full-bodied with a smooth texture.

Other names: Yingde Hong Cha
