Cui Yu traditional (winter competition)

Cui Yu is one of the renowned cultivars of Taiwan, along with Jin Xuan and Si Ji Chun. This winter harvest is medium roasted to bring you a balanced toasty flavour with highlights of biscuits, freshly roasted sunflower seeds and rice crackers. Nice touch of floral notes in the aftertaste.
