Shipping Information

Canada

We offer free standard shipping within Canada for orders over $69 and a flat fee for orders less than $69.

We currently ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS, depending on your shipping address. All orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped with Canada Post.

United States

We offer free standard shipping (without tracking number) for US orders over $79 and a flat fee for orders less than $79. If you prefer to have a tracking number for your parcel, please contact us.

We currently ship with USPS and UPS, depending on your shipping address.

International

We offer standard shipping (without tracking number) for international orders. If you prefer to have a tracking number for your parcel, please contact us.

Shipping cost is $12.99 for orders over $79 and $19.99 for orders less than $79

Processing times

Please allow at least 3 business days for your order to be processed.

You may experience extended lead times during high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 5 days for your order to be processed.

Undeliverable packages

Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs:

• If you paid the shipping fees: we will issue a full refund for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping: we will issue a refund for the products minus the shipping fee we've paid

Please check the shipping address in your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if there is any mistake.

Why would a package be returned to you as undeliverable?

We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:

• Missing house number or unit number  
• Missing street name, City or province 
• Incorrect Postal Code 
• Failed delivery attempts or the item was not picked up from the local depot within certain time.
• Refused by the recipient.
